The Free Version
Out of the box CUBE-it Zero will build cubes based on data sourced from a SQL Server database. However, the database must be on the same server as analysis services. The off-the-shelf product supports access to the data via both SQL Server Logon and Windows Inherited security.

The SQL Server Connectivity pack provides you with the capability to source data from a SQL Server database which exists on any SQL Server machine connected to your network, and to which you have been provided with security access to the data. As with the off-the-shelf product, the SQL Server Connectivity Pack supports access to the data via both SQL Server Logon and Windows Inheritted security.

The ORACLE Connectivity pack provides you with the capability to source data from most versions of ORACLE which exist on any machine connected to your network, and to which you have been provided with security access to the ORACLE server and data. It supports the use of both the Microsoft and ORACLE connection providers.

The Microsoft Access Connectivity pack provides you with the capability to source data from a Microsoft Access database which exists on any machine connected to your network, and to which you have been provided with security access to the database and data. It allows native connections, and also supports MS Access Security connections via a custom MDW.
